Susie Pye, Coach and Counsellor

Susie is a coach and counsellor who is experienced in working with people with a variety of concerns.Her combination of counselling and coaching skills enables her to use a flexible approach to meet each individual’s needs.

Coaching can be a good option for people who want to think about things such as conflict or stress at work, or uncertainty about the future. Susie often works with people going through transitions like career change or retirement, helping them towards a specific outcome, or exploring options.

She is a volunteer counsellor with an agency in East Oxford. She has also worked as a mentor with Refugee Resource. She works part-time at the mental health charity Restore, coaching people who have experienced mental health problems who want to return to employment.

Susie first trained as a coach while she was working in local government. She has a Diploma in Transactional Analysis (TA) counselling, which integrates coaching and counselling. She is a registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.
